To Investigate Culture, Ask the Right Questions

4. Communication: ? how people & you, know what's going on, say what they think, offended, discussions and have dissenting opinions, boss listen, careful what & how say it, controversial issue, during interview
5. Performance: ? how fair or demanding, supervior looking for, successful, evaluation; negative feedback communicated? Is it private, respectful, and focused on improvement, or negative and embarrassing; measures reflect differences in difficulty? Are measures adjusted when employees have limited influence on results
6. Productivity: ? A good match of process and policy,  right people involved in decisions at the right time, step for big decision, open-door policy,
